After a few minutes of checking out some videos for one of my early post I found this. This videos is about a dolphin a Sea World, that learned how to do this bubble ring, just like the ones you do when you are smoking ( if you smoke ). This dolphin learned how to do this bubble ring and played with it for a relatively amount of time. When the ring is about to disintegrate, he or she, (because I”m not a biologist or anything, so I don’t know the gender) literally bites it and cuts it into a smaller one so that the ring keeps getting bigger.
A few months later it was discovered that this dolphin thought to the other pool mates ( dolphins) how to blow this bubble ring and how to play with it.The visitors and the employees at Sea World were amazed by the new toy they have created. This just made me wonder, How intelligent are this dolphins? So I did a little research and found out that dolphins supposedly are the 2nd species more intelligent after the humans. Obviously I disagree because we cannot know for certain this “fact”. But if something there is to say, is that I’m looking forward to see this show!
that’s really cute 🙂 I think it takes certain degree of “knowledge” and capacity to carry out this task and them being the 2nd most intelligent animals makes a whole lot of sense. I think it has to do a lot with how they communicate with each other.
The video was beautiful! I played it 3 times before beginning reading. I agree that dolphins are one of the most brightest creatures that roam the world. Apart from their intelligence, they radiate such serenity and beauty that one just falls in love with them quickly. Dolphins are one of my favorite animals, maybe because my grandmother used to collect many small dolphin statues and placed them around and inside her house, so I just grew fond of them. I had the opportunity of seeing them when I went to Sea World on 2001, and there is no other experience that I treasured so much as seeing them perform and being so close to them. I wish one day that I am able to be in contact with one of them, in a personal level, and be very close having the privilege to touch it and maybe play with it! I loved the bubble ring!
Completely agree with you. I also went to sea world and those creatures are just amazing!!!
This is the big of the mother nature, and the power of the mammals brain
Definitely this is the smartest animal of the sea, it’s incredible how they can learn from each others and how they can communicate.
